Planning your upcoming wedding and unsure how to begin? Our Event Coordinator will go through The Pavilion’s “Look Book” to show you some of her favorite themes, decor and floral, and luxurious style options to match your dream wedding. Design, detail, and budget will be arranged with Our Event Coordinator who is experienced in the small, intimate “I Do” ceremonies, as well as large wedding events. Our Event Coordinator’s detail-oriented event planning offers creative, imaginative, and unique specifics to build your fairy tale wedding. Our Event Coordinator’s goal is to be with you every step of the way, bringing together your perfect wedding at The Pavilion at Chimera Golf Club.
Multiple scenery options around the course can be chosen for ceremony location including serene lakes, lush fairways, painted desert mountains, or the iconic Las Vegas Strip view! Each location accommodates different wedding sizes, includes on-course transportation for the bridal party, and encourages scheduled photography to capture those special before and after moments. Catering is provided in-house, with many delectable options to include passed hors d’oeuvres, 3 or 5 course plated dinner menus, standard or large party buffet menu options, and a brunch menu. Various dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Paired with this is our Cocktail and Bar Menu to ensure a complete package for you and your guests. Custom theme packages are available, please inquire with Our Event Coordinator. Photography, Videography, DJs, and Officiants are only some of the services available via our preferred vendors list.
Our Event Coordinator will work endlessly to fulfill the requests and desires for your special day.
