Slice 19 Grill & Bar is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is a great place to relax before or after a round of golf. If you’re not a golfer, no problem! Our restaurant is open to the public with a variety of menu items to choose from, such as pizza, burgers, sandwiches, or simply soup and salad. There are plenty of options for everyone.

About the Bourbon Selected in Frankfurt, Kentucky, our private barrel (Barrel #281) has been aged for 8 years and 1 month. This release is strictly limited to 168 individually numbered one-liter bottles, each featuring an exclusive Chimera Golf Club medallion. Once these bottles are sold, this exact bourbon will never be produced again.
