Welcome to October 2026! Thank you for your patience during our annual overseeding. The course is now lush, vibrant, and ready for play. Come experience Chimera Golf Club at its finest!

  • Halloween Glow Golf: Creatures of Chimera (Saturday, Oct 31 | 6:00 PM Shotgun Start)

  • Entry Fee: $100 (Includes 9 holes of Glow Golf, entry to the After Party, and 1 drink ticket. Available for purchase in the Pro Shop only).

  • Details: 9 holes of night golf with Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive contests.

  • Halloween Hangout After Party at Slice 19 (Saturday, Oct 31 | 8:00 PM)

  • Entry Fee: $25 (Included free with Golf entry

  • Details: Delicious finger foods, 1 drink ticket, a glow golf putting setup, and a costume contest. (Looking to purchase standalone Hangout tickets? Ask our staff at Slice 19!)

We’ve refreshed our menu with new additions, including a Grab & Go Menu for golfers on the move! Kitchen closes at 8:00 PM daily:

  • Express Breakfast & Bar: Daily | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Full Breakfast: Fri–Sun | 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Lunch & Dinner: Daily | Full menu & Grab & Go available until 8:00 PM nightly

  • Game Day Football Specials: Catch the game with our extended Happy Hour pricing running through gametime every Monday and Thursday night, plus all day Sunday!

  • Halloween Hangout After Party (Saturday, Oct 31 at 8:00 PM): Join us for finger foods, 1 drink ticket, a glow putting setup, and our annual costume contest! $25 entry (Included FREE with Glow Golf entry. Ask Slice 19 staff to purchase standalone party tickets).

  • Monday Pizza Special: Every Monday, grab a Large 1-Topping Pizza for just $9.99. Available for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
  • Taco Tuesday: Enjoy $4 chicken or ground beef tacos and a $15 Taco Salad (dine-in only).

  • Trivia Tuesdays (Every Tuesday, 7 PM): Fun brain-teasing questions and friendly competition. Reserve your table early!

  • Wing Wednesday: Bucket of Wings special: 10 for $10, 20 for $18, or 30 for $25! Available for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.

  • Whiskey Wednesday: Midweek made better with 20% off all pours (whiskey, bourbon, scotch, rye, and more), 1/2 off our Featured Pour, and custom 3-pour Whiskey Flights!

  • Burger Thursday: $10 handcrafted plain or cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and fries. Plus, enjoy $2 off all other specialty burgers! Available for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.

  • Friday Fish Fry: A taste of the Midwest! Enjoy an 8oz crispy cod served with crispy fries, coleslaw, lemon, malt vinegar, and tartar sauce for $18.99. Available for dine-in, takeout, or delivery.
